Momoiwa Observatory and Cape Sukoton

Walk the flower road course from the southern end of Rebun Island toward Momoiwa Observatory, following the ridgeline of the west coast. In the sample itinerary, the traverse from the Shiretoko bus stop on Rebun Island to Momoiwa Observatory runs from nine thirty in the morning to one thirty in the afternoon. From the Momoiwa trailhead to Momoiwa Observatory, the road surface is asphalt or gravel.
